The island at the Marina
The Marina, Cap Cana
8 bedrooms · 10 bathrooms · 2,200 m²
A house on a private island inside the Marina of Cap Cana, with the water at the end of the garden. Pools run out under the palms to the edge of the canal, and the evening comes in under deep roofs while the boats go home.
A white house set back behind its palms on a lot of 6,500 m². From the terrace the view crosses the golf course and the lake to the sea, and the long pool takes the last of the light.
In Punta Cayuco, a house of warm wood and pale stone that looks out over the green. The rooms run into one another under timber ceilings, and the covered terrace is a room of its own. Shown here in the architect's renderings.
Built in 2023 on two levels, inside a gated community with its own guard. White rooms open straight onto the lawn and the pool, and the bedrooms look into the garden.
A contemporary house of stone, wood and wide glass, with a pool running the length of the terraces and palms close enough to touch. Shown here in the architect's renderings.
A penthouse high above Juanillo, with a terrace that runs the length of the rooms. Inside, wide glass and pale floors; outside, the green of Cap Cana spread out below.
In Casa de Campo, west along the coast, a house of courtyards and gardens with the golf course running down to the sea beyond. Arches, a patterned stone court, and a pool that winds through the palms.
